Most one-day tours begin between 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM depending on your location and destination. We typically return between 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Exact timings will be confirmed when booking based on your hotel location and traffic conditions.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour date. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount. In case of bad weather, we'll either reschedule or provide a full refund.

Yes, we can adapt all our tours to accommodate families with children and elderly travelers. Please inform us about any special requirements when booking so we can adjust the itinerary (reduce walking distances, include more breaks, etc.). Child seats are available upon request.
